Fatal Collision Involving Van and Motorcycle in Ayutthaya

On the morning of August 20, 2026, a fatal traffic accident occurred on Rural Road No. 2045, located behind the Rojana Industrial Park in the Thanu sub-district of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. Upon arrival, authorities discovered a Honda Wave motorcycle that had been completely destroyed by fire. Approximately 50 meters away, they located a white staff transport van with significant damage to its front left side, including a shattered headlight and a cracked windshield. The victim, identified as 63-year-old Mr. Sodsai, was found deceased at the scene with severe head injuries. The tragic nature of the event was highlighted when the victim's wife attempted to reach him via video call, only to have the call answered by rescue personnel who informed her of the fatality.
