Conscript Arrested for Stealing Police Motorcycle in Trat

Shortly after locating the motorcycle, officers apprehended a suspect at the Wang Krachae intersection on Sukhumvit Road. The individual was identified as a man wearing a green shirt marked with the name 'Surathat P.' and 'Royal Thai Navy' on the back.
