According to Khaosod Online, Ms. Chommanee claims that the group was subjected to false accusations and wrongful arrest warrants related to land at Pier 18D.
Ms. Chommanee asserts that the land in question is covered by title deed 2465, which belongs to Abbas. She alleges that police erroneously used title deeds 2397 and 2398—properties located on the opposite side—as the basis for the arrests. During her visit, she requested to meet with the station superintendent to review the evidence used to justify the legal actions taken against the group, stating that she had not been summoned for questioning over the past decade.
