According to a report by Prachachat Business, TMBThanachart Bank (TTB) has officially notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding a major change in its shareholding structure. On August 18, 2026, ING Group, a major shareholder, executed a large-lot sale of shares valued at over 18 billion baht. This transaction has reduced ING’s stake in the bank from 19.5% to 11.6%.
