Pre-registration for the service is scheduled to open on August 19, 2026, ahead of the official system rollout set for August 31, 2026.
The initiative will be limited to an initial pool of 5 million users. Officials have emphasized that the system will operate on a 'Pay Per Active User' model, meaning costs are incurred based on actual usage.
