The seven measures include 24-hour monitoring of weather and water levels, ensuring the readiness of emergency personnel and heavy machinery, and managing reservoir levels. Authorities are also prioritizing the removal of water obstructions, dredging canals, and enforcing strict safety protocols at natural tourist attractions such as waterfalls and caves.
