Data collected between January and June 2026 indicates that the sales industry leads the market with 109,018 job openings, offering average monthly salaries ranging from 20,295 to 30,898 THB.
Other high-demand fields include production and quality control, which posted 62,652 openings, and technical roles with 51,917 positions available. The survey also identified a notable shortage of professionals in legal, finance, banking, construction, and e-commerce sectors. Additionally, there is a high salary premium for new graduates proficient in foreign languages, particularly Chinese, as well as those with IT expertise.
