Following the official AFC Champions League Elite draw, Buriram United president Newin Chidchob has expressed readiness for the upcoming continental campaign.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has officially conducted the draw for the 2026-27 AFC Champions League Elite. Thai clubs Buriram United, Ratchaburi FC, and Port FC are set to compete in the league stage, facing five distinct opponents.
Following the announcement, Buriram United president Newin Chidchob took to his official Facebook page to address the club's upcoming schedule. Buriram United is slated to play eight matches in total, with four home games against Kashima Antlers, Vissel Kobe, Beijing FC, and Kyoto Sanga. The team will also travel for four away fixtures, including matches against Shanghai Port FC and Johor Darul Ta'zim.
