The site is located within the Nakhon Si Thammarat 1 community housing project on Phatthanakan Khu Khwang Road.
Kanokporn Saojapun, Director of the Corporate Communications Department, stated that the available land is identified by title deed number 125172, covering an area of approximately 1 rai, 0 ngan, and 16.5 square wah. The NHA is seeking proposals from businesses looking to establish commercial operations or related business ventures on the premises.
