Transnational Drug Network Dismantled in Songkhla

According to a report by Matichon Online, a coordinated operation involving Songkhla provincial authorities, Region 9 Police, and the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) has successfully dismantled a transnational drug trafficking network. Officials intercepted 205 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, which had been concealed within shipping parcels.

Following the initial seizure, investigators expanded their operation, leading to the arrest of 14 individuals suspected of involvement in the trafficking ring. Additionally, authorities have moved to seize assets valued at over 4.5 million baht linked to the suspects.
