A TikTok influencer has sought legal assistance after a botched nose surgery at a Bangkok clinic left her with long-term health complications and no compensation.
On August 17, 2026, a 25-year-old TikTok influencer known as 'Joy' visited Thanakrit Law Firm in Bangkok to report a failed rhinoplasty procedure. According to Khaosod Online, the influencer underwent surgery at a clinic in the Rama 9 area in October 2023 as part of a promotional review agreement valued at 65,000 THB.
Joy reported that her nose appeared crooked immediately following the operation. Despite subsequent corrective attempts—which included an additional 5,000 THB fee—the influencer experienced persistent inflammation, structural collapse, and breathing difficulties, eventually requiring the removal of the silicone implant. She claims the clinic has refused to provide compensation, citing a contract that mandates her to continue promotional reviews until 2027.
