ROH has stated that it possesses the necessary financial capacity to complete the acquisition, noting that it has secured support from financial partners to facilitate the deal. The company has formally requested that GROREIT fulfill its contractual obligations to ensure the smooth progression of the sale and the transfer of property ownership.
