Asset World Corp Announces Major Expansion Plans for 2030

Asset World Corp (AWC) has unveiled an ambitious growth strategy aimed at increasing its total asset value to 300 billion baht by 2030. According to a report by Khaosod Online, AWC CEO Wallapa Traisorat stated that the company expects its asset value to exceed 230 billion baht by the end of 2026, rising from the 224.1 billion baht recorded in the second quarter of 2026.

The expansion plan centers on the development of 11 iconic waterfront projects and a significant increase in its hospitality portfolio. The company intends to grow its hotel room inventory from the current 6,834 rooms to 7,253 by the end of 2026, with further increases planned thereafter. These developments span across the hospitality, retail, and commercial office sectors.

For travelers and residents, this expansion suggests a potential increase in high-end accommodation options and new commercial landmarks in key locations across Thailand. These projects are designed to enhance the country's tourism and business infrastructure.
