BAAC Launches New 'Golden Winnowing Basket' Savings Lottery
The Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) is introducing a new savings lottery scheme starting August 17, 2026, offering monthly prizes up to 20 million baht.
According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) has announced the launch of the 'Golden Winnowing Basket' (Kradong Thong) savings lottery. Starting August 17, 2026, the bank will offer units priced at 500 baht each, with a total issuance of 300 million units, representing a total value of 150 billion baht.
For residents and long-term visitors, this financial product offers a monthly opportunity to win a top prize of 20 million baht, alongside other prizes totaling 117 million baht per month. Additionally, there are ten special prizes of 1 million baht each. The bank notes that individuals holding 1,000 units or more are guaranteed a chance to win the three-digit ending prize every month. The investment period for these lottery units is set for two years.
