On the morning of August 16, 2026, emergency services in Khlong Sam, Pathum Thani, responded to a fire involving a luxury sedan parked at a two-story townhome. According to Khaosod Online, the vehicle’s owner reported that he had plugged the car in to charge around 10:00 PM the previous night. The fire was discovered the following morning at approximately 8:00 AM after a security guard alerted the resident.
Firefighters from the Khlong Sam Subdistrict Administrative Organization arrived on the scene and managed to contain the blaze within an hour, successfully preventing the fire from spreading to the residence or neighboring properties. While the exterior of the vehicle remained largely intact, the interior cabin sustained significant damage. The owner noted that there were no warning signs or alerts prior to the incident.
