Footage shared on social media by a user named “Arttie Martin” captured the rapid onset of the floodwaters. The video shows the sudden surge, which caught visitors off guard. Park officials stationed at the site immediately initiated rescue efforts, assisted by other tourists who intervened to help those struggling against the current. Most of the individuals affected were reported to be foreign tourists.
