In the boys' division, 12-year-old Thai-Chinese golfer Yubo Chen maintains a narrow lead, finishing the second round at 3-under-par 141. He is closely followed by American golfer Younghui-Aiden Cho, who trails by a single stroke. The girls' division is currently highly competitive, with a three-way tie for the lead between Phattranida Phonmanee, Kirana Batphanthana, and Richie Kittiwattanakul, all tied at 6-under-par 138 after two days of play.
For residents and visitors in the Chiang Mai and Lamphun area, this event highlights the region's growing status as a hub for international youth sports.
