Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University and Royal Thai Air Force Sign Academic MOU
Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University and the Royal Thai Air Force have entered a five-year academic partnership to integrate Buddhist studies and modern management sciences.
On August 15, 2026, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) and the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) formalized a five-year academic cooperation agreement. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed at the Boriphat Reception Room at RTAF Headquarters by Phra Thepwatcharasarbandit, Vice Rector for Planning and Development, representing MCU, and Air Chief Marshal Seksan Kantha, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force.
According to Khaosod Online, the partnership aims to integrate Buddhist knowledge, humanities, social sciences, and modern management techniques to support sustainable national development. A primary objective of this collaboration is to promote activities that strengthen national security, the Buddhist religion, and the monarchy.
For residents and visitors, this agreement highlights the ongoing integration of traditional Thai institutions with state agencies.
