Thailand’s Ministry of Defence Announces NDC Class 69 Enrollment

According to a report by Khaosod Online on August 15, 2026, the Thai Ministry of Defence has officially approved the enrollment list for the 69th National Defence College (NDC) course for the 2026-2027 academic year. The order, signed by Permanent Secretary for Defence General Tharaphong Malakham under the directive of the Minister of Defence and approved by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, includes 329 participants.

The cohort consists of 109 military officers from the three armed forces, 13 police officers, and various other representatives. Notably, the list includes participants from allied nations such as China and Myanmar, while excluding any military personnel from Cambodia. The program is scheduled to commence in October 2026.
