According to a report by Matichon Online, Parit 'Itim' Wacharasindhu has publicly questioned the Election Commission (EC) regarding their recent decision-making process. The controversy centers on a case involving Surachai, an individual who reportedly received a transfer of 860,000 baht. While the EC moved to dismiss an official involved in the transaction, they simultaneously dropped the broader complaint without conducting a thorough investigation into the sender of the funds or other associated individuals, such as Suksomruay.

Parit has indicated his intention to utilize the parliamentary committee system to formally summon the case files for review. He expressed concern over the perceived inconsistency in the EC’s actions, specifically questioning why the official was penalized while the investigation into the financial origins and other connected parties was halted.
