Pruksa Holding Reports Strong Growth and Strategic Pivot to Recurring Revenue

Pruksa Holding announced a 9% revenue increase and a 120% profit surge for the first half of 2026, driven by real estate and healthcare expansion.

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand on August 14, 2026, Pruksa Holding has announced positive financial results for the first half of the year. The company recorded a total revenue of 7.549 billion baht, marking a 9% increase compared to the same period in 2025, while net profit rose by 120% to 197 million baht.

Ms. Pattama Piyamaneeporn, Deputy Group CEO of Pruksa Holding, stated that the company is actively diversifying its investment portfolio. The strategy involves shifting focus toward businesses that generate recurring income, specifically through the development of 'iPlern' apartments and OMEGA Smart Warehouse projects, which are expected to yield a net return of 7–8%. Simultaneously, the company is accelerating the transfer of condominium units to boost its core real estate revenue by a projected 15%.

For residents and expatriates, this shift suggests a potential increase in the availability of modern, managed rental properties and logistics infrastructure in Thailand. While these developments indicate a robust corporate strategy, the long-term impact on local rental market pricing and the specific locations of the new 'iPlern' developments remain to be confirmed. Investors and those seeking long-term housing should monitor further announcements regarding the rollout of these projects.
