SAM Announces Auction of 70 Properties Valued at Over 451 Million Baht

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand on August 14, 2026, Sukhumvit Asset Management (SAM) has launched an auction campaign for 70 real estate assets, with a total valuation exceeding 451 million baht. The auction, scheduled to take place throughout August and September 2026, includes a diverse range of properties such as vacant land, townhouses, detached houses, commercial buildings, and residential condominiums. Additionally, the portfolio features investment-grade assets, including hotels, resorts, factories, warehouses, and office buildings.

For residents and potential investors, this event offers an opportunity to acquire properties in high-potential locations. To facilitate these transactions, SAM has partnered with six major banks to provide special credit terms for successful bidders. Furthermore, the company has introduced the “SAM Second-hand Property Referral” campaign, which offers a referral fee of up to 3 million baht per property for successful recommendations.

While the auction details and the list of properties are currently being promoted, interested parties should note that specific terms and conditions for the financing packages and the referral program are subject to the policies of the participating banks and SAM.
