AP Thailand Expands 2026 Development Pipeline Amid Market Challenges
AP Thailand has increased its 2026 project launch target to 46 developments, citing strong performance in the first seven months of the year.
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand on August 13, 2026, AP Thailand has revised its annual business strategy, increasing its total planned project launches for 2026 to 46 developments with a combined value of 56 billion baht. This represents an increase of four projects over the company's original plan.
Ratchayut Nantachotisophon, Chief Business Group Executive at AP Thailand, stated that the company intends to accelerate its operations by launching 31 new projects, valued at 33.32 billion baht, during the second half of the year. This strategic shift follows a robust performance in the first seven months of 2026, during which the company recorded 27.974 billion baht in sales, reaching 57% of its annual target. Financial results for the first half of the year also showed growth, with revenue reaching 22.431 billion baht—a 7.1% increase—and a net profit of 1.967 billion baht, up 5.2%.
For residents and potential property investors, this expansion signals continued activity in the real estate sector despite broader market slowdowns.
