A property dispute concerning 21 rai of land at Wat Pa Adulyaram, located on Kalapapruek Road in Khon Kaen, remains unresolved as the case moves toward a final decision. The conflict involves claims regarding the original owners of the land, identified as 'Tuad Hiang' and 'Tuad Nang.' A woman identified as 'Pa Da' has publicly asserted her status as a direct descendant of the original owners, challenging opposing claims regarding the lineage.
Phra Khru Adulsarnnithet, the abbot of Wat Pa Adulyaram, stated on August 13, 2026, that he has been managing the temple on this site for over two decades. The abbot reported that the temple has successfully defended its position through five previous court rulings, all of which dismissed the opposing claims. He noted that the original land title deed remains in the temple's possession and that he is currently preparing to file an objection against the issuance of a new title deed for the property. The matter is now awaiting a final ruling from the Supreme Court.
