According to a report by Prachachat Business, AP Thailand (Public) Company Limited has recorded total sales of 27,974 million baht during the first seven months of 2026. Ratchayut Nantachotisophon, the company's executive, highlighted that condominium sales have experienced a notable growth of 59.6% during this period.
In response to these market conditions, the developer has adjusted its strategy for the second half of the year. The company now plans to launch 31 additional projects, bringing the total number of new project launches for 2026 to 46.
