Sansiri Announces 11 Billion Baht Expansion in Ratchapruek

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the real estate developer Sansiri is significantly expanding its presence in the newly developed Ratchapruek area. The company has announced an investment of over 11 billion baht to develop the 'Sansiri New Ratchapruek Community,' a residential project spanning more than 1,000 rai.

Anat Kittikulmethee, Senior Executive Vice President of Low-Rise Project Development at Sansiri, stated that the company identified the growth potential of the new Ratchapruek road early on. Having already accommodated over 2,000 families in the zone, the developer is now acquiring large plots of land to create a comprehensive residential ecosystem. As part of this expansion, Sansiri plans to launch three new projects—Mabel, Anasiri, and Siri Place—this coming September, targeting various market segments.

For residents and those considering moving to the area, this development signals continued infrastructure and community growth along the Ratchapruek and Bangkok-Pathum Thani corridors.
