Ministry of Higher Education Launches Second Governance Training Program
Dr. Phanpermphum Arunee has inaugurated the 2026 training course for higher education council members and executives to improve institutional transparency.
On August 13, 2026, at the Avani Ratchada Hotel in Bangkok, Dr. Phanpermphum Arunee, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), officially opened the second session of the 'Higher Education Council Member and Executive Quality Promotion' (SPS) training program for the 2026 fiscal year.
