The incident, which gained significant attention on social media, involved a 61-year-old cyclist who was riding in a designated bike lane on Phumivej Road when he encountered two motorcycles traveling in the wrong direction.
Video footage captured the teenager, accompanied by a female passenger, verbally abusing and threatening the cyclist. Following the public outcry, Pak Kret police summoned both the victim and the teenager, along with his guardians, to the station. The teenager subsequently issued a formal apology to the victim.
