According to a report by Matichon Online, a father has reached out to the media after losing his life savings of 200,000 baht. The man claims he paid this sum to a former president of a local Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) in exchange for a guarantee that his child would be hired for a local government position. Despite the payment, the child’s name never appeared on any official hiring list, and the promised employment did not materialize.
