According to Khaosod Online Thailand, Asset World Corp (AWC) has unveiled plans to expand its 'AWC Riverside Journey' initiative with a new ultra-luxury development. The project, currently known as 'River Garden,' is set to be transformed into a high-end hotel operating under the global Plaza Athénée brand.
The development involves an estimated investment of 2.9 billion baht and will feature 146 rooms. AWC intends for this property to serve as a key component of its 'AWC Riverside Journey,' a strategic portfolio that aims to connect 11 distinct destinations along the Chao Phraya River, integrating hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle experiences.
