Thailand Launches 'Thai Textiles Trend Book Spring/Summer 2027'
The Community Development Department has unveiled its seventh trend book, aiming to elevate Thai textile products to international standards.
On August 11, 2026, the Community Development Department (CDD) under the Ministry of Interior officially launched the 'THAI TEXTILES TREND BOOK SPRING/SUMMER 2027' at ICONSIAM, Bangkok. According to Khaosod Online, this seventh edition of the publication serves as a knowledge resource designed to modernize Thai textile products for the global market.
The project was developed under the guidance of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, who served as the executive editor. The book builds upon the 'Enjoy Thai Textiles' initiative, which seeks to integrate traditional craftsmanship with contemporary fashion trends. The launch event featured a panel discussion with industry experts, including the editor-in-chief of Vogue Thailand and prominent local designers, who explored the future direction of Thai fashion.
