Supalai Reports 36% Profit Growth and Expansion Plans
Thai real estate developer Supalai has announced a 36% increase in net profit for the first half of 2026 and plans to launch 19 new projects.
According to a report by Prachachat Business, the Thai property developer Supalai has posted strong financial results for the first half of 2026. The company recorded a net profit of 2.049 billion baht, representing a 36% increase compared to the previous period, with total revenue reaching 11.081 billion baht. During this time, the firm successfully launched nine new projects.
Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Supalai intends to invest 22.66 billion baht to launch 19 additional projects, with a primary focus on low-rise residential developments. The company has set an annual revenue target of 27 billion baht and currently maintains a backlog of 15 billion baht. To reward shareholders, the company has approved an interim dividend payment of 0.55 baht per share.
For residents and potential investors, these figures indicate a robust expansion in the housing market, which may influence local property availability and development activity in various regions. While the company has confirmed its financial performance and dividend payout, the actual success of the upcoming 19 projects will depend on market absorption rates in the coming months. Observers will be watching to see if the company meets its ambitious annual revenue goal as these new developments enter the market.
