CP Axtra Launches Agricultural Learning Center in Khon Kaen
CP Axtra, operator of Makro and Lotus’s, has opened the Ban Non Khwa Agricultural Learning Center to support local farmers through knowledge sharing and market access.
On August 12, 2026, CP Axtra Public Company Limited, the operator of the Makro and Lotus’s retail and wholesale chains, officially inaugurated the 'Ban Non Khwa Agricultural Learning Center.' According to a report by Thai Post, the initiative was led by Siriporn Dejsing, Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer at CP Axtra, in collaboration with Apisit Chumyangsim, head of the Ban Non Khwa farmers' group.
The center is designed to serve as a hub for agricultural knowledge transfer, aiming to improve farming techniques and provide farmers with better access to markets. By connecting local producers directly to retail channels, the company intends to foster sustainable growth and improve the overall quality of life for the farming community.
