A 17-year-old from Kamphaeng Phet was rescued by social services after being abandoned in Phatthalung due to a fraudulent online job offer.
According to a report by Matichon Online, a 17-year-old individual was recently rescued by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) after being left stranded in Phatthalung province. The teenager had traveled from Kamphaeng Phet, a distance of over 1,000 kilometers, after being lured by a deceptive online job advertisement.
Upon arrival, the victim discovered the employment opportunity was fraudulent and was subsequently abandoned, leaving them without resources or support for two nights. Local authorities intervened to provide assistance and ensure the teenager's safety following the ordeal.
