According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, DEE Delight Port Stevedoring Services has announced its involvement in the specialized handling of wind turbine generator components. The company is applying its engineering, planning, and risk management capabilities to manage the logistical challenges associated with these oversized and heavy project cargoes.

This development follows the company’s recent successful handling of a super-heavy module weighing over 800 tons at Chuk Samet Port, which was exported to Baytown, Texas. CEO Kris Seetong-on noted that wind turbine components fall under the category of 'Out of Gauge' (OOG) cargo, requiring precise management of weight, dimensions, and center of gravity to ensure safety and compliance with manufacturer standards.
