Thai Tourist Police have apprehended a woman accused of defrauding 16 travelers of 500,000 baht through a fake tour package to Chengdu.
According to a report by Matichon Online, officers from the Tourist Police Division 2, Sub-division 1, have arrested a female suspect involved in a tour package scam. The individual is accused of deceiving 16 victims by selling them fraudulent travel packages to Chengdu, China, resulting in a total financial loss of 500,000 baht.
