Prince of Songkla University Hosts Regional Safety Seminar in Surat Thani

On August 5-6, 2026, Prince of Songkla University’s Surat Thani Campus partnered with the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (TOSH) to host a regional seminar focused on occupational health and safety. The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Nanthachai Panyasurarit, Director of TOSH, with welcoming remarks provided by Sucheaw Tumosik, the District Chief of Mueang Surat Thani, representing the provincial governor. Associate Professor Suchada Thipmontri, Vice President of the Surat Thani Campus, highlighted the university's role in advancing regional safety knowledge. The event drew a diverse audience, including government officials, private sector representatives, safety network partners, and laborers from across Southern Thailand.
